Technical and business translation for companies working across borders
Eurovertis translates engineering documentation, manuals and data sheets, contracts, financial reports and marketing content into more than 30 languages. Every text is translated by a native speaker who knows the field and checked by a second linguist, so what you send to an engineer, a regulator or a customer reads as if it had been written there.

Translation services built around how companies actually work
Technical translation is our priority field, and one partner covers every other document that leaves your company in another language: from the clause in a supply agreement to the safety notice on a product label. Each field has its own specialist translators and its own terminology, so accuracy is never left to chance.
Technical translation, our priority field
Operating and maintenance manuals, technical and data sheets, specifications, drawings and software strings, translated by linguists with an engineering background and checked against your glossary. We work daily on HVAC, railway, mechanical and electrical engineering, power plant and renewable energy documentation, machinery and equipment, household appliances, environmental and agricultural technology, and the planning and approval documents behind construction and other large projects.

Websites, product catalogues, e-commerce listings, campaigns and presentations, adapted to the market rather than translated word for word. Search keywords are localised, so your pages are found as well as understood.

Your language is not listed? Ask anyway. Through our network of native translators worldwide we can arrange practically any language pair, with the same two-linguist quality process.
Specialist translators for your industry
A translator who has never read a wiring diagram should not translate your installation manual. We assign each project to linguists who work in your field and know its vocabulary, its standards and its readers. Engineering and technical fields come first; the rest of the business follows.

Questions companies ask before their first order
What makes your technical translations reliable?
Technical texts are assigned to translators with an engineering or technical background in the relevant field, such as HVAC, railway, electrical or mechanical engineering, or energy. They work with your glossary and translation memory, so component names, units and standards are consistent across manuals, data sheets and drawings, and a second specialist checks every document before delivery. Technical translation has been our priority field for more than ten years.
How quickly can you deliver a translation?
You receive a quote with a fixed price and delivery date within one hour during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 EET). Short standard documents such as certificates, extracts and diplomas can be translated and certified the same day, often within one hour. Larger projects are typically delivered in one to two business days, or faster on an agreed urgent schedule.
Do you provide certified, sworn or notarised translations that are accepted abroad?
Yes. We certify the accuracy of translations with the agency's stamp and declaration, arrange notarial attestation where an authority requires it, and handle apostille legalisation so that documents issued in Lithuania are valid abroad. Tell us where the document will be used and we will prepare the form of certification that institution accepts.
Which languages do you translate?
We work daily in more than 30 languages, including all 24 official languages of the European Union, the Nordic languages, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Through our global network of native translators we can cover practically any language on request, and we translate directly between two foreign languages (for example German to French) without passing through English.
How is the price of a translation calculated?
Pricing is based on the volume of the source text (per word or per standard page), the language pair, the subject matter and the deadline. Repeated and previously translated segments are charged at reduced rates through translation memory. You receive a fixed quote before work begins; there are no hidden fees.
How do you keep our documents confidential?
All translators and editors work under confidentiality agreements, files are handled in accordance with the GDPR, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement with your company on request. Files are shared only with the linguists assigned to your project and are deleted or archived according to your instructions.
Can you work with our glossaries, translation memories or CAT tools?
Yes. We maintain a dedicated glossary and translation memory for every corporate client, so terminology stays consistent across documents and over time, and repeated content costs less. We can import your existing glossaries and memories and deliver in the formats your systems use, including XLIFF, TMX and structured XML.
Do you edit machine or AI translations?
Yes. If your team has produced a draft with a machine translation or AI tool, our editors review terminology, accuracy and style and bring the text to the standard of a professional human translation. This is a cost-effective option for large volumes of internal or low-risk content.
Which file formats do you accept?
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, scanned documents and images, OpenDocument, InDesign (IDML and INDD), HTML, XML, XLIFF, TMX, JSON, DWG and DXF drawing exports and most other business formats. The request form accepts up to 10 files of 25 MB each; archives and macro-enabled Office files should be sent by email or through a secure upload link we provide. Translations are delivered in the original layout wherever the format allows.
