Translation services for business, in more than 30 languages
Technical and engineering translation comes first; every service below follows the same rule: a native translator who works in your field, a second linguist who checks the result, and a project manager who keeps the deadline. Send your files and you will have a fixed quote within one business hour.
Technical translation, our priority field
Technical documentation is read by people who need to act on it: an installer commissioning an HVAC system, a maintenance engineer on a railway depot floor, an operator on a production line, a planning authority approving a power plant. Our technical translators have engineering backgrounds and work with your terminology from the first page. Translation memory and client glossaries guarantee that a component has one name across the manual, the data sheet, the drawing and the interface.
We work daily on documentation for HVAC and building services, railway, mechanical and electrical engineering, power plants and renewable energy, machinery and technical equipment, household appliances, environmental and agricultural technology, and the planning and approval documents behind construction and other large projects. Files are delivered in the original format, including structured XML, InDesign and CAD exports.
Documents we translate
- Operating, installation and maintenance manuals
- Technical data sheets, specifications and product catalogues
- Safety data sheets and safety instructions
- CE marking, declarations of conformity, test reports
- Engineering drawings, schematics and bills of materials
- Power plant, grid and renewable-energy project documentation
- Construction planning, permitting and tender documents
- Software interfaces, HMI text and help systems
- Patents and patent applications
Legal and contract translation
A contract is only as strong as its weakest translation. Our legal translators know the legal system of the target country as well as its language, so a clause that is enforceable in Vilnius remains enforceable in Frankfurt, Paris or Warsaw. Terminology is checked against the legislation and standard formulae of the receiving jurisdiction, and every version is proofread by a second legal linguist before delivery.
We handle recurring corporate work under framework agreements with agreed turnaround times, and one-off matters such as litigation files on an urgent schedule. Sworn, notarised or apostilled copies are prepared when a court, registry or authority requires them.
Documents we translate
- Supply, distribution, service and employment agreements
- Terms and conditions, licence agreements, SLAs
- Articles of association, shareholder resolutions, registry extracts
- Court filings, judgments, arbitration documents
- Powers of attorney, affidavits, notarial deeds
- GDPR documentation, privacy notices, compliance policies
- Tender and procurement documentation
Financial and corporate translation
Annual reports, audit opinions and investor materials are read by regulators, lenders and shareholders who expect the terminology of their own market. Our financial translators have a background in accounting, banking or audit, translate in line with IFRS and local reporting conventions, and verify every figure, table and footnote against the original.
For listed companies and companies in transactions we work under strict confidentiality, with named linguists and secure file transfer, and we can split large reporting packages across a team to meet filing deadlines.
Documents we translate
- Annual, interim and sustainability reports
- Financial statements, audit reports, management letters
- Due-diligence files, information memoranda, prospectuses
- Banking, insurance and investment documentation
- KYC, AML and compliance policies
- Business plans, board materials and internal policies
Website and marketing localisation
A product page that sells in one market can fall flat in another when it is translated word for word. Localisation adapts the message: tone, idiom, examples, currency, measurements and the search terms your customers actually type. Our marketing translators are copywriters in their own language, and for SEO content we research target-market keywords so that localised pages rank as well as they read.
We work directly in your CMS export formats and e-commerce feeds, and we keep a style guide per market so that campaigns, newsletters and product launches sound like one brand everywhere.
Content we localise
- Websites, landing pages and SEO content
- E-commerce product listings and category pages
- Product catalogues, brochures and packaging
- Advertising campaigns, social media and newsletters
- Presentations, press releases and corporate communications
- App store listings and in-app text
- Video subtitles and voice-over scripts
Medical and pharmaceutical translation
In healthcare, an imprecise translation is a patient-safety issue. Our medical translators have medical or life-science training and translate in line with the EMA templates, MedDRA terminology and the medical device regulation (MDR) requirements for labelling and instructions for use. Every document is reviewed by a second medical linguist, and back-translation can be arranged for clinical and regulatory submissions.
Documents we translate
- Clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms
- Patient information leaflets and summaries of product characteristics
- Instructions for use and labelling of medical devices
- Regulatory submissions and correspondence with authorities
- Medical records, discharge summaries and expert opinions
- Scientific articles, posters and research reports
Certified, notarised and apostilled translation
Authorities, courts, banks and universities abroad usually require a translation whose accuracy has been formally confirmed. We provide three levels, and advise you on which one the receiving institution will accept:
- Agency certification. The translation is bound with a signed and stamped declaration of accuracy by Eurovertis. Accepted by most companies, banks and institutions.
- Notarised translation. A notary attests the translator's signature on the translation. Required by many registries, courts and immigration authorities.
- Apostille and legalisation. For documents issued in Lithuania that will be used abroad, we arrange the apostille under the Hague Convention, or consular legalisation for non-member states, so the document is recognised in the destination country.
Certified originals are sent by courier anywhere in the world; scanned copies are delivered by email the same day.
Typical documents
- Company registration certificates and registry extracts
- Powers of attorney, board resolutions, contracts for registration abroad
- Certificates of good standing, tax and insurance certificates
- Court judgments and official correspondence
- Birth, marriage and other civil-status certificates
- Diplomas, transcripts and professional qualifications
- Passports, residence and employment documents
Additional services
Urgent and same-day translation
When a document is needed today. Short standard documents are translated and certified within hours; larger texts are split across a team and delivered on an agreed urgent schedule, with the same second-linguist review. Tell us the deadline and we confirm feasibility together with the quote.
Post-editing of machine and AI translations
Your team has produced a draft with a machine-translation or AI tool. Our editors correct terminology, meaning and style and bring it to the standard of a professional human translation, at a lower cost than translating from scratch. Suitable for large volumes of internal, support or low-risk content.
Proofreading and editing
Texts written in a foreign language by your own staff, reviewed by a native editor for grammar, terminology, clarity and tone. Ideal for reports, proposals and correspondence that must read naturally to a native reader.
Layout and desktop publishing
Translated text rarely has the same length as the original. We lay out the translation in InDesign, Word, PowerPoint or your publishing system so that brochures, manuals and labels are ready to print or publish in every language.
Glossaries and translation memory
We build and maintain a glossary and translation memory for your company, import the resources you already have, and deliver in XLIFF, TMX or XML. Terminology stays consistent and repeated content costs less with every project.
Framework agreements for companies
For organisations with regular translation needs: agreed rates per language pair, guaranteed turnaround times, a dedicated project manager, purchase-order handling and monthly consolidated invoicing.
